1. General Terms of Use
A/M/W, hereinafter referred to as the service provider, assumes no liability whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided on the website, unless such a liability is explicitly assumed on the website. The service provider expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the website without prior notice or to temporarily or permanently cease publication. The use and downloading of the content of the website is only permitted for private purposes. Reproductions and uses beyond this are prohibited and will be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.
2. Content Responsibility
The service provider is only responsible for its own information that it makes available for use in accordance with general laws. The service provider is not responsible for third-party information that the service provider transmits in a communication network or to which it provides access for use, provided that it has not initiated the transmission, has not selected the addressee of the transmitted information and has not selected or changed the transmitted information. Furthermore, the service provider is not responsible for automatic, temporary storage that serves the sole purpose of making the transmission of external information to other users more efficient at their request, provided that the information has not been changed, the conditions for access to the information, respects the rules for updating the information set out in widely accepted and used industry standards, does not respect the permitted applications of technologies for collecting data on the use of the information, which are set out in widely accepted and used industry standards affected and acts promptly to remove stored information or to block access to it as soon as it becomes aware that the information has been removed from the network or access to it has been blocked at the original point of transmission or a court or an administrative authority has ordered the removal or blocking. He is also not responsible for third-party information that the service provider stores for himself or for a user, provided he has no knowledge of the illegal activity or the information and, in the event of legal disputes, he is not aware of any facts and circumstances from which the unlawful activity or the information becomes apparent, or if the service provider took immediate action to remove or disable access to the information as soon as it became aware of it. This does not apply if the user for whom the information is stored is subordinate to or supervised by the service provider.
3. Copyright and trademark law
The copyright for published objects created by the service provider itself remains solely with the service provider. Reproduction and/or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the service provider.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law is applicable to legal disputes in connection with the service provider (if they are established in the Federal Republic of Germany). This also applies if the teleservices are commercially offered or provided in another country within the European Union, unless the rules of private international law state otherwise. The place of jurisdiction is the respective company headquarters of the service provider.
5. Notices, Advice, Comments and Feedback
Any information, notices, comments or other feedback provided by the user to the service provider will be treated as non-confidential unless the user expressly claims confidentiality in writing. The service provider also reserves the right to any form of treatment and utilization of this information. The same applies to any form of communication that the user uses to contact the service provider.
6. Validity of these Terms of Use
If parts or individual formulations of these terms of use do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the terms of use remain unaffected in their content and validity.
